Brie Fermier

Ile-De-France, France – Cow’s Milk 

This brie is made using cow’s milk. The velvety, bloomy white rind develops a deep golden colour as it matures. With a tender texture it is unctuous and creamy. Flavours range from cauliflower to sauteed cabbage and leek.
